What Our Customers Say
Great views, ample parking, area for kids to run around, nice building. Lovely local craft beer. Food the least good part but still fine.
Our family of 9 including a 17 month old, ate breakfast here. The menu had something for everyone, including waffles and french toast with mince. The service was very good and reasonably fast. The setting was very peaceful, allowing for a leisurely time.
Good food… Better view and the best service. Definitely a good stop while visiting the Valley of a 1000 Hills.
Lovely venue very laid back atmosphere, time to relax and unwind. Great views and lovely setting. Food freshly prepared is great value for money!! Homestyle meals at really good prices!! I would return again and again as the overall experience is really Great!! I would rather drive a little further to know I am getting Good Food at a very good price with lovely surroundings than be in a mall restaurant or other restaurant with exorbitant prices!! Established for over 20yrs and a hands on owner!!
Enjoyed a delicious, well priced family meal. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great view and so many nick nacks and surprised to look at. ( some for sale) There is an area for children to play and a kiddies menu- well worth the drive. Other surrounding shops also worth a visit.
We can recommend the quiche ,potato wedges and salad served under the trees, followed by a delicious cappuccino. The service was good. Relaxing Sunday afternoon with live music and a terriffic view. A firm favourite of ours. For those wanting the carvery, a buffet includes soup, roast beef with the trimmings followed by a choice of deserts for R 95 pp
